  2. For all products placed on the website, we DO NOT ship to P.O. box address.
  3. Once the order is placed please allow us 1-2 business days for packing and shipping, checking the order information is a very important step to build a better shopping experience.
  4. 1 to 2 days shipping (excluding weekends) if the order is placed on the business day.Monday shipping if the order is placed on the weekend.

For the continental United States, packages take about 7-12 working days to be delivered (except for Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO. These often take longer shipping time), Europe takes about 10-15 working days for shipping, Japan takes about 7-10 working days for shipping, other countries and regions take 10-25 working days.
  6. Some of our items are located in warehouses in the United States, Europe, and Japan, which will take a shorter time, usually 3-7 working days to be delivered.
  7. Tracking number provided by all of our shipping companies are an estimate only. The expected delivery date does not mean that it will be guaranteed to show up on that date.
