Changing an Order
We work to process and ship orders quickly—most are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.
Once an order is submitted, direct modifications (e.g., updating items, quantities, or shipping addresses) are not possible. If you need to adjust your order, please reach out to us right away at claire@ming-rui.onaliyun.com. Our team will help cancel your original order (provided it hasn’t shipped yet) and guide you through placing a new order with your desired changes.
Canceling an Order
An order may be canceled at any time before shipment. Once orders have been shipped, they cannot be canceled, but may be returned under our return policy.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
Order Confirmation Email
When you place an order on our website, you will get an automated order confirmation email within 10 minutes of ordering.
If you do not get an email, please check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find the email, it is possible that the order was not placed, or that you mistyped the email address.
