Order Processing Time

If all items are in stock, your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will need to wait approximately 5-10 days. In addition, we do not ship on weekends.

International Shipping

• Shipping Carriers: We mainly use YANWEN Logistics (a trusted international courier) alongside your local national postal service for last-mile delivery.
• Restrictions: P.O. Box addresses are not accepted—please provide a physical street address at checkout.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: Free for most products. Delivery times vary by destination (depending on local postal efficiency and customs clearance).
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery (usually 3–7 business days) is available; corresponding fees will show at checkout.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import tariffs, duties, or customs fees. We recommend checking your local customs rules before buying to avoid unexpected charges.

You will receive updates from our site when your order is shipped, along with a unique shipment number to ensure that your order is correctly accounted for. This allows you to easily reply to us if you have any concerns.
