WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

1. Free Shipping On Most Items.

2. For all products placed on the website, we DO NOT ship to P.O. box address.

3. Once the order is placed please allow us 1-2 business days for packing and shipping, checking the order information is a very important step to build a better shopping experience.

4. 1 to 2 days shipping (excluding weekends) if the order is placed on the business day.Monday shipping if the order is placed on the weekend.

5. For the continental United States, packages take about 7-12 working days to be delivered (except for Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO. These often take longer shipping time), Europe takes about 10-15 working days for shipping, Japan takes about 7-10 working days for shipping, other countries and regions take 10-25 working days.

6. Some of our items are located in warehouses in the United States, Europe, and Japan, which will take a shorter time, usually 3-7 working days to be delivered.

7. Tracking number provided by all of our shipping companies are an estimate only. The expected delivery date does not mean that it will be guaranteed to show up on that date.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

1. All items must have a valid Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to sending the item back to us. Please email us for a RMA # to cneefl@188.com

2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

3. Refunds are given in the original method of purchase.

4. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received incorrectly or is defective.

5. Orders that are received incorrectly or in damaged condition must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

6. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with retail box and paperwork (if applicable).

7. Items which are not in new, unused, and resalable condition may not be returned.

8. We do not refund the shipping fee.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

One year (from date of purchase). Warranties are resolved by sending the individual part that is defective. Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser. NSAUTOLIGHT shall not be liable for any consequential and/or incidental damages, and no labor reimbursement is provided.
