If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist you throughout the entire process, making your return quick and hassle-free.

If you want to return the items, please first send a return email to claire@ming-rui.onaliyun.com and provide as much information as possible about the reasons for the return. We will contact you within 1-2 working days. 

• All items must have a valid Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to sending the item back to us.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition with all tags and packaging fully intact, including the original packaging box and any related accessories.

• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• When the items are returned to the warehouse, the warehouse staff will conduct an inspection. Once everything is confirmed to be correct, the return process is completed. The refund will be returned through the original payment channel, excluding the shipping cost.
